Product Description

Qualities:

Red Oak Lettuce has a buttery texture with a mellow, nutty, earthy, and sweet profile. It is best eaten raw.

 

Add Red Oak Lettuce to salads and sandwiches, or use it as a garnish. They are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals.

Care And Harvesting Tips:

Baby Leaves  – Start snipping from the outer leaves when they reach 10-12 cm in length, leaving 3 cm from the base and avoiding the crown. Also avoid cutting more than a third of the plant to ensure continuous growth.

 

Whole head – Remove the whole lettuce from the net pot. 

 

Can be kept up to 1 week with the root ball intact, and proper storage in the fridge.
