We brought our Farm-to-Table Smoothie Bar to the client’s pantry, powered by their Grobrix edible green wall brimming with non-GMO greens like sorrel, kale, and basil. Employees crafted our signature Green Berry Boost and Tropical Basil Breeze smoothies, blending fresh harvests with coconut water and chia seeds while our team shared insights on veggie health benefits. Over 30 employees joined the hands-on team building activities, harvesting greens from their office urban farm and experimenting with different recipes. “It was like being on a cooking tv show!” one participant said, capturing the lively atmosphere. “I loved the the idea of harvesting the crops and using them straight away to create something that we could consume!’
Building Community Engagement whilst promoting Healthier Eating and Wellness
