Product Description


Watercress is a leafy green vegetable closely related to mustard greens and radishes. Hence, it has a slightly spicy, peppery taste profile. It is a rapidly growing plant with leaves that are small, round and dark green in colour. 


Watercress is commonly used in Chinese stir-fried or soup recipes. However, tossing them into a salad with other greens allows its peppery green flavour to shine best.

Care and Harvesting Tips:

Watercress does best with a single harvest as the larger the plant gets, the more entangled the plant gets.
